How to use

Warm Moist Heat

Microwave: Select medium setting and heat for one minute. If higher temperature is preferred, microwave in 30 second increments.

Oven: Remove the outer cover. Place in a pre-heated oven (175°) for 5-10 minutes. If higher temperature is preferred, continue heating in 5 minute increments. Put back in the outer cover before using.

When heated, the pillow provides gentle warmth and pressure just where it’s needed. Place back in the outer cover before using.

Cold Moist Heat

Remove the cotton outer cover and place in the freezer or refrigerator until ready to use.
