5+ system users, $2M+ revenue, decision-maker in the conversation, awareness that a real fix may be $20K+, and a timeline inside 12 months.
No POC demo before the Roadmap is sold or you're fully qualified. That protects both of our calendars.

Is the $2,000 refundable?
Once work starts, the Roadmap fee is non-refundable (see MSA). You're buying a diagnosis, not a deposit toward "maybe later."
What if Odoo isn't the answer?
I'll say so in the go/no-go. You still leave with a clear process picture and next steps.
What does implementation cost?
Typical engagements are CAD $25,000–$35,000, scoped after the Roadmap — not before. Payment 40/30/30.
